How We Price

Honest Quotes.
On-Site. Every Time.

We don't post set rates because no two jobs are the same. Your quote is based on what's in front of us — confirmed before we lift a finger.

How Much Truck Space Do You Need?

Volume is the primary driver of your quote. Select a load size below to see what fits and what it means for your job. We'll confirm the exact amount on-site.

Truck Fill
Min
~2 cu yds of our 17 cu yd truck
Minimum Load
Our starting load size — perfect for a single item or a small collection of pieces. If you've got just a few things taking up space, this is usually all you need.
A single couch or recliner
A mattress and box spring
A few boxes or bags of junk
One or two small appliances
Truck Fill
¼
~4 cu yds of our 17 cu yd truck
¼ Truck Load
A solid amount of junk without filling the whole truck. Common for small room cleanouts, a few pieces of furniture, or clearing out a corner of a garage.
Couch + chair + coffee table
Small room worth of furniture
Washer or dryer + some boxes
Garage corner cleanout
Truck Fill
½
~8 cu yds of our 17 cu yd truck
½ Truck Load
Our most common load size. Covers a full bedroom set, a meaningful garage cleanout, or the contents of a couple of rooms. Most residential jobs land around here.
Full bedroom set + miscellaneous
Half-garage worth of junk
Multiple appliances + furniture
Basement or attic partial cleanout
Truck Fill
¾
~12 cu yds of our 17 cu yd truck
¾ Truck Load
Large volume jobs — full garage cleanouts, multi-room furniture hauls, or post-renovation debris removal. You've got a lot, and we've got the truck for it.
Full garage cleanout
Multiple room furniture haul
Large renovation debris load
Downsizing or estate partial
Truck Fill
Full
~17 cu yds — full capacity
Full Truck Load
We fill the whole truck. Full estate cleanouts, whole-property hauls, large commercial jobs — when you've got a lot, we'll take it all in one run. Our 17 cubic yard truck is larger than most competitors, so one trip usually gets it done.
Full estate or property cleanout
Whole-house furniture haul
Large commercial or office cleanout
Major renovation debris removal

The Factors Behind Every Quote
Volume & Load Size
How much space your items take up in the truck is the primary driver. More volume means a larger load, which means a higher quote.
Type of Items
Standard furniture and household goods are priced by volume. Specialty items — hot tubs, pianos, safes, appliances with refrigerant — require extra handling and are factored in separately.
Weight & Density
Dense materials like concrete, brick, dirt, and shingles are priced by weight, not volume. They hit the truck's weight limit before they fill the box.
Labor & Access
Stairs, tight hallways, long carries, or items requiring disassembly all factor into the labor component. We account for these before we give you a number.
Disposal
Disposal at a licensed facility is always included. Certain materials carry higher disposal fees and those costs are baked into your quote.
Everything Included
One price. Crew, truck, fuel, and disposal. No fuel surcharges, no add-ons, no surprise line items when the job is done.
What You Can Count On
You Approve First
We confirm the final price on-site before a single item is moved. If scope changes on arrival, we tell you before adjusting — never after.
Hourly Crew, Not Commission
Our crew is paid hourly. No commission, no incentive to inflate your quote. The number we give you is the number we stand behind.
Owner-Operated
You're talking to the owners when you call. We show up, do the work, and stand behind the quote we gave you — no franchise middleman.
