He's led national sales organizations of 250+ people, run full P&L, deployed CRM and automation systems, and turned underperforming teams into consistent producers. His background spans organizational restructuring, financial discipline, B2B channel expansion, and building the repeatable systems that professionalize a business. Calm, strategic, and execution-focused — Erik thrives where growth has outpaced structure.

NC State graduate and North Carolina entrepreneur with a background in sales, marketing, and automation-driven systems. Henry began his career at Honest Water Co. as Dealer Program Manager, overseeing ~$350K in annual program volume. He then co-founded County Sports USA with Erik, growing it to 65,000+ followers across platforms and 25 million monthly views — covering all 100 NC counties and 440+ schools. As primary operator he led strategy, content, and automation across a team of ~75 contributors. Today Henry co-owns County Home Services LLC, applying the same systems-first approach to junk removal in south Charlotte and Union County.

Currently studying at South Piedmont Community College with plans to earn a business administration degree. Jack brings hands-on experience in residential and commercial landscaping and is known for excellent customer interaction — always making it a priority to deliver great work on every job. He's eager to build real-world business experience with the goal of running his own company one day.
