We operate Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Same-day and next-day bookings are regularly available. We try to pick up calls and texts before 8am if you're an early starter — many Weddington homeowners like to handle logistics before their day gets going.
When you book, let us know anything about access we should know ahead of time — a long private driveway, a gate code, or items in a back building away from the street. The more we know upfront, the smoother the job goes.
Step 3: We Show Up and Do the Work
We arrive in a 2019 Isuzu NPR dump truck with a 17-cubic-yard bed. That's a larger capacity than most junk removal trucks you'll encounter, which matters when you have a significant volume to move. Dense material — concrete, brick, dirt, roofing shingles — is priced by weight rather than volume. If you're mixing standard household junk with heavy debris, we quote both components separately so you know exactly what to expect before we start.
What Happens to Your Items
We sort as we load. Furniture in good condition, working appliances, usable household goods — these get separated for donation or resale where possible. We work with local partners to keep reusable items out of the landfill. What can't be donated is disposed of responsibly at approved facilities.
If you have specific questions about an item — an old TV, a mattress, a propane tank, paint cans — just ask when you call. We'll tell you upfront how it gets handled and whether it affects the price.
What We Can't Take
We don't haul household hazardous waste: paint, solvents, chemicals, flammable materials, or biohazardous items. If you're unsure about something on your list, ask before we arrive. Better to clarify ahead of time than have something we can't load once we're there.
